Amba Foundation is grateful to all its supporters for their contribution by way of donations , time devoted and material to help us achieve our goals. Amba Foundation maintains strict donor privacy policies to protect the integrity and privacy of personal information gathered from our supporters and visitors through all of our communication channels, as well as from visitors to our Websites and those who donate through them. Amba Foundation does not share your personal information with anyone other than necessary to transact, fulfil and or account for donations that you have made / authorized.
Amba Foundation will only use your contact details such as phone number, email ID if we need to verify information or to acknowledge / express our thanks for your contribution, request your assistance, or invite you to any events organised by us.
Your use of the site constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
When a donor makes a donation, attends an event or volunteers with Amba Foundation, we will require information such as name, address, email address, phone number and other relevant information.
Amba Foundation uses personally identifiable information you provide about yourself for:
- Processing the donation.
- Sending a receipt for the donation.
- Sending a thank you note for the donation or contribution.
- Responding to questions or comments about Amba Foundation.
- Sending additional information about programmes of Amba Foundations.
- Sending invitations for upcoming events.
Amba Foundation uses non-identifying basic information (aggregate data) only to analyze site use and to improve the content and design of the site. Amba Foundation may share aggregate data such as how many people attended an event, how many volunteers, average donation amount etc with sponsors and partners. These statistics will not include any personally identifying information. Our website has stringent security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and altercation of the information under our control.
Amba Foundation will not use personal information in any way other than as described under Terms & Conditions except limited to sharing personal information to cooperate with law enforcement officials.
Users can Opt-Out of updates
Users can opt out of the e-mail updates by clicking the “unsubscribe” button at the bottom of each email or contacting Amba Foundation directly.
Credit / Debit Card Security
When you donate to Amba Foundation online, your card information is secured; your credit card number is used only for that particular transaction and is not stored. If you allow us to store your credit card or bank information for future use such as recurring donation, such information will be stored by the payment services financial institution. Amba Foundation only uses financial institution that adheres to the industry standards for storing such information.
Is donation tax-deductible?
All cash donations to Amba Foundation are Tax Deductible under 80G of the Income Tax Act 1961. Amba Foundation is also FCRA certified to receive foreign currency funds. Please keep the donation receipt as your official record to claim tax exemption.
A donation receipt will be sent to you at the address / email address that you provide while making donations, as soon as your donation is processed.
Amba Foundation is registered under the Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860 by the Registrar of Societies Govt. of Delhi.
Refund will be entertained for unintended donation. Send an email to email@example.com stating the reason for the request. You are also required to send original receipt you would have received from Amba Foundation, at its registered address.

Other important information
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of India.
